Impact Staffing Inc. is currently recruiting for a General Manager in the Entertainment Industry
The General Manager motivates, instills accountability and achieves results to drive success in the position while maintaining the Culture of FUN! To provide overall leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results.

- Direct Hire
- $50,000 to $70, 000 per year plus bonuses
- Flexible schedule that meets the demands of the business and includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Leading, Managing, Directing and Developing the team
- Assures execution of training programs
- Maximizing the Guest experience by ensuring staffing levels and management coverage is appropriate
- Lead and influence management staff b effective motivation and leveraging individual strengths
- Encourage internal promotions by selecting and developing staff
- Executing employee recognition/incentive programs and promoting positive employee relations
- Responsible for all aspects of the operation including entertainment, food, beverage, equipment and property
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to grow revenue and control expenses
- Setting goals and hold managers accountable for setting and meeting department goals
- Executing marketing strategies to drive sales by capitalizing business opportunities in the market area
- Maintain a strong presence in the community through partnership with organizations
- Making final decisions for store sales and performance incentive programs
- Accountable for HR functions, Recruitment, Coaching and Development, Performance Evaluations, Discipline and Terminations.
- Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, and other events
- Deliver a unique experience to our guests through the best combination of food, beverages and games in a perfect environment to have FUN!
- Continuously improves operational implementation through attention to detail and adherence to operating standards and philosophies
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Strong communication, organization, management and leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen, reporting, creating and analyzing of reports.
- Proficient in English verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of MS office ( Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities, departments, staff development, while continuing to meet financial targets and reporting responsibilities.
- Able to provide a Hands on Approach at all times, work with a Sense of Urgency, able to work under pressure, in a past paced environment.
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time, ability to bend, kneel, reach, lift, carry, push, pull heavy objects during a shift (up to 50 or more lbs.)
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 5 years experience as a manager with a proven ability to supervise staff and field operations.
- Demonstrated ability in developing team members in areas of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to achieve expected financial results
- Appreciation of diversity
- Experience in an amusement type setting and/or restaurant/banquet, hospitality or retail environment is preferred.
- Post Secondary education preferred.
- G Class Driver's License preferred.
- First Aid Training Certificate is an asset
- Food Safe Training is an asset.
- Must obtain a Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance upon hire
