Rob is one half of the husband and wife team behind the day to day operations of IMPACT STAFFING.  Rob and his wife Danielle continue to grow IMPACT STAFFING. from it’s humble beginnings in 1995. Rob brings over Ten years of Manufacturing and Customer Service experience to this position. He worked alongside Rita Olivito (Past President) for over three years to learn about the Staffing Industry and what sets IMPACT STAFFING. apart from the competition. The importance of how to treat clients and candidates alike was always at the top of the list. Rob has brought many new views as well as an outside look to the Staffing world.

            Rob has lived in Windsor his entire life and has always been an active member in the community. He believes in the future of our community and the City of Windsor. Rob has three children and resides in the same neighborhood as they built the new office in South Windsor in the famous Yorktown Plaza at 1349 Grand Marais Rd. W, Windsor, Ontario. He enjoys Barbecuing, Golf and spending time with family and friends.
