Details

• Temporary to Permanent position
• Full time days
• Overtime as needed to meet deadlines

Duties

• Main focus will be preparing taxes during tax season and assisting Office Manager/Investment Advisor during off season
• Prepare and file income taxes (personal)
• Filling out financial applications
• Answer phones, filing, making appointments, email correspondence
• Other office duties as required

Requirements

• Must have 2 years working experience preparing taxes
• Must have experience with T1, T2, T3
• Working knowledge of accounting programs
• Exceptional financial skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer service
