Description
We are currently looking to fill a 1 year maternity leave replacement in a small office setting.
Position will start in January working 6 hours per day for training, and in February the position will go to full time 8 hour days.
Duties:
- Greeting clients and attending to their needs
- Answering multi line phone system and directing calls or taking messages
- Dispatch sales and service calls both manually and digitally
- Writing up service orders
- Processing credit card payments
- Monitoring email accounts
- Filing, scanning and photocopying
- Processing packing slips
- Matching purchase orders to packing slips
- Assigning purchase orders to technicians
- Light housekeeping
- All other duties as assigned
